Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Customers will receive an order confirmation once their purchase is successfully placed.
Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to all major cities and regions throughout Morocco, including Casablanca, Rabat, Marrakech, Fes, Tangier, Agadir, and surrounding areas.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Major Cities: 1–3 business days
- Other Regions: 2–5 business days
- Delivery times may vary during holidays, sales periods, or due to unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Fees
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location.
Order Tracking
