exchange and return policy
At Perfumble, customer satisfaction is our priority.
Returns
Due to the nature of perfume products and hygiene considerations:
- Opened or used perfumes cannot be returned.
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery only if the product is:
- Unopened
- Unused
- In its original packaging
- In resalable condition
Exchanges
We will gladly exchange a product if:
- You received the wrong item.
- The product arrived damaged or defective.
- The order does not match your purchase confirmation.
Customers must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order and provide photos of the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Opened perfume bottles
- Used products
- Products damaged after delivery
- Clearance or promotional items (unless defective)
Refunds
If a return is approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after inspection.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was made by Perfumble.
Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to a Perfumble error, we cover the shipping costs.
- If the customer changes their mind, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
