exchange and return policy

At Perfumble, customer satisfaction is our priority.                                                                       

Returns

Due to the nature of perfume products and hygiene considerations:

  • Opened or used perfumes cannot be returned.
  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery only if the product is:
    • Unopened
    • Unused
    • In its original packaging
    • In resalable condition                                                                                               

      Exchanges

      We will gladly exchange a product if:

      • You received the wrong item.
      • The product arrived damaged or defective.
      • The order does not match your purchase confirmation.

      Customers must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order and provide photos of the issue.                                                                                                  

      Non-Returnable Items

      The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

      • Opened perfume bottles
      • Used products
      • Products damaged after delivery
      • Clearance or promotional items (unless defective)                                    

        Refunds

        If a return is approved:

        • Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after inspection.
        • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was made by Perfumble.                                                                                          

          Shipping Costs

          • If the return is due to a Perfumble error, we cover the shipping costs.
          • If the customer changes their mind, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
